Heat 1 cup of cooking oil in a pressure cooker.

Add 1 medium-sized chopped onion and sauté until golden.

Add 5 pieces of minced garlic and sauté until golden.

Add 2-3 chopped green chilies and sauté until golden.

Stir in 1 tablespoon of ginger and mix well until golden.

Add 3 grated tomatoes and mix well with the other ingredients.

Add 1/2 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, and 1 teaspoon chili flakes; mix well and sauté for 5 minutes with the lid on to steam.

After 5 minutes, remove the lid and check that the tomatoes have melted and released oil.

Add 2 tablespoons of yogurt and mix well with the tomato mixture.

Add 250 grams of chopped and washed potatoes and sauté well with the spices.

Add 1 kg of chopped and washed cauliflower and mix well with the potatoes.

Add a little water to help the vegetables cook.

Cover and cook for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, remove the lid and check that the potatoes and cauliflower are cooked.

Dry out the excess water on high flame.
