Fold in diced cooked lobster tails.
Transfer lobster mixture to a plate and keep warm.
In the same skillet, add 2 tablespoons of butter and melt.
Add 2 tablespoons of flour to create a roux, cooking until slightly colored.
Slowly whisk in 1.5 cups of chicken broth until combined and smooth.
Add heavy cream (not mentioned in the ingredients) to the sauce and stir until thickened.
