Rava Ladoo

1 cup Rava / Sooji / Semolina (fine variety)
¼ cup Ghee (more if needed)
¾ cup Powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
½ tsp Cardamom powder
10 to 12 Cashews (chopped)
¼ cup Desiccated coconut
10 to 12 Raisins
2 to 3 tbsp Milk (optional, for binding)
¼ cup Grated dry coconut (optional, for richness)

Heat ghee in a pan and add the fine semolina (rava).

Roast the semolina on low heat until it turns golden brown and aromatic.

Add the powdered sugar and mix well.

Stir in the cardamom powder, chopped cashews, desiccated coconut, and raisins.

If the mixture is too dry, add milk for binding.

Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then shape it into small ladoos.
