Set a pan on medium flame and add oil, onion, tomatoes, green chillies, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt to taste, fresh coriander and water; cook for some time and keep aside.

In a bowl, add eggs, salt for taste, and pepper for seasoning; mix well.

Add some green chillies, fresh coriander, and cheese to the egg mixture and mix well.

Take bread slices and cut them diagonally.

Apply the masala mixture on one slice and close it with another slice of bread.

Dip the sandwich in the egg mixture and roast it on a pan with some oil until brown and crispy.

Serve hot with ketchup and mayonnaise.
