1 tablespoon fresh ginger
2 cloves fresh garlic
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Maggi seasoning
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon vegetable seasoning

Grate fresh ginger and garlic.

Add meat seasoning and chili powder to the grated ginger and garlic.
