1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

3 tablespoons olive oil

Quantities are estimated based on standard recipes for your convenience. The actual ingredients used in this video are accurate.

1

Heat a pan on low heat for about 3 minutes.

2

Add popcorn kernels to the pan, filling it a little over half full.

3

Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat, shaking the pan every 30 seconds to prevent burning.

4

Continue cooking until popping slows down, then turn off the heat and leave the lid on for about 1 minute to ensure all kernels pop.

5

For salted caramel popcorn, add sugar and water to a pan and heat on medium until it turns into caramel without stirring.

6

Once the sugar is a deep amber color, turn off the heat and add butter, stirring until incorporated.

7

Add baking soda to the caramel and mix well, then pour it over the popcorn and add salt, mixing quickly to coat the popcorn before it hardens.

8

For cinnamon roll popcorn, melt butter in a pan, then add brown sugar and cinnamon, simmering on low until slightly thickened.

9

Stir in baking soda, then pour over popcorn and add chopped pecans, spreading it out on a lined baking tray to cool.

10

For spicy salty popcorn, add olive oil to the popcorn and mix in herbs to taste.
