In a bowl, combine 1.5 cups of teff, 1.5 tablespoons of flaxseed powder, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

In a separate bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of water with 1 banana and mash until smooth.

Add the banana mixture to the dry ingredients along with 1 cup of water, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon of oil.
