1 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon salt
2 cups water
1/2 cup coconut cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 cup basmati rice
1/4 cup dill leaves, chopped
1 teaspoon thyme

Heat a pan over medium heat and add olive oil.

Once the oil is hot, add finely chopped onion and 1 to 2 finely chopped green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn translucent.

Add your choice of colored capsicum and 1 cup of corn. Give it a quick mix.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds powder, and salt to taste. Mix everything together nicely.

Add 1/3 cup of water and cover the pan to let the corn cook for about 4 to 5 minutes.

Once the corn is cooked, add 1/2 cup of coconut cream and mix it well. Cover and simmer on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

Heat a Karai or wok over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Once the oil is hot, add 2 to 3 finely chopped garlic cloves and sauté for just a minute.

Add chili flakes and then add the already cooked 1 cup of basmati rice to the Karai.

Finally, add finely chopped Dill Leaves and thyme along with salt to taste. Give it a good mix.
