Buglama

Slice some garlic.

In a hot pan, add some butter and olive oil.

Add the sliced garlic to the pan.

Add grated tomatoes, sliced chilies, and whole cherry tomatoes to the pan.

Add the sea bass chunks to the pan.

Add sliced lemons and chopped parsley on top of the sea bass.

Add some water to the pan.

Mix everything gently in the pan.

Cover the pan and allow to cook for about 20 minutes.

For the hummus, smash some garlic and add salt to make it easier.

Cut the lemons and juice them.

Mix the smashed garlic with the lemon juice and leave it for about 15 minutes.

Put everything into a blender or food processor.

Get rid of all the garlic from the lemon juice before adding it to the blender.
