1 potato
1/2 onion
1 fillet of salmon
2 sprigs of dill
1 stick of leek
500-800 ml clean water
200 ml cream
butter
salt

Peel the carrot and cut it into small chunks.

Peel and dice the potato into small square pieces.

Cut the white part of the leek into small pieces.

Cut the salmon into cubes, removing the skin if desired.

Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.

Sauté the onions and leeks for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the carrots and potatoes to the pan.

Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients, about 500-800 ml.

Wait for the mixture to boil, about 4 to 5 minutes.

Check if the potatoes and carrots are cooked by stabbing with a fork.

Once cooked, add the salmon to the pot.

Optionally, add 100 ml of cream for a richer taste.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the dill and cover the pot for 1 minute to boil.

Serve the soup in a bowl with salmon, potatoes, and carrots.
