1 large tomato
1/4 cup oil
5 TBS nech shiro
2 teaspoons berbere
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 TBS Ethiopian clarified butter
1 TBS garlic and ginger mix paste
1 pepper

Chop the onion and tomato.

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent.
