Combine whipping cream and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Whisk the mixture together and bring it to a boil on the stovetop.
Add Greek yogurt, sour cream, and vanilla extract to the bowl.
Pour in about twice the amount of orange liqueur compared to vanilla extract.
Whisk the mixture until combined.
Slowly add the boiling cream mixture to the yogurt mixture to avoid cooking the yogurt.
Transfer the combined mixture into a glass or heavy-bottomed dish.
Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving.
Serve with fresh berries or sliced peaches.
