Preheat the oven to 500 degrees.
Combine milk, sugar, and yeast in a bowl and let it sit for five minutes.
Add Greek yogurt, baking powder, salt, and some flour to the mixture.
Stir the mixture and then knead it with clean hands for about five minutes.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for about an hour.
Cut the dough into eight pieces and let it rest covered for an additional 20 minutes.
Roll each piece into flat pieces about 6 to 8 inches in diameter.
Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone and bake for about 1 to 2 minutes until puffy and brown.
