1 tablespoon fresh thyme
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 lbs potatoes, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup milk
1 large egg
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons oil
