2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup Guinness beer
1/2 cup milk

Season the angus beef with kosher salt and black pepper on both sides.

Light the grill and prepare for cooking.

In a pan over medium heat, add 1/4 cup of Jameson whiskey.
