Mix flour and salt in a large bowl.
Add activated yeast mixture, melted butter, egg, and oil to the flour mixture.
Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth, about 10 minutes.
Let dough rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
Punch down the dough and incorporate breadcrumbs.
Divide dough into equal portions and shape into balls.
Place shaped dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover and let rise again until puffy, about 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
