Cover the dough with a damp kitchen towel or plastic wrap and let it rise for 1 to 3 hours or until doubled in size.
Cut the dough into 12 pieces, approximately 76.9 grams each.
Roll out each piece of dough into a disk and place the ham and mozzarella filling inside, then close the dough.
Proof the filled dough for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 13 to 15 minutes.
