Wash the grape leaves 3-4 times and add boiling water to them.

Put the grape leaves in a very weak oven to boil a little.

Add 500 gr minced beef, 1 bunch dill, half a bunch of mint, 2 onions, 3 tablespoons round rice, salt, and black pepper to a bowl and mix.

Add a little boiling water to the meat mixture to soften it.

Prepare a potato mixture by chopping 3 large potatoes in a shredder and mixing with 150 gr Dutch cheese and 2 eggs.

Lubricate the bottom of a pan with vegetable oil.
