Stir together warm water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl.

Cover the yeast liquid for 10 minutes.

Add warm milk and salt to the yeast mixture and stir.

Sift in 5 cups of flour and stir the dough with a spoon.

If the dough sticks to your hands, gradually add more flour (30-50 gr).

Let the dough stand for at least 45 minutes to rise.

Transfer the dough to a floured countertop and divide into 12 pieces.

Divide 100 grams of butter into 8 parts and place on 8 balls of dough.
