Start with the dry ingredients: combine 2.5 cups almond flour, 0.5 cup coconut flour, 0.25 cup ground flaxseed, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and 1 tablespoon sesame seeds in a mixing bowl.
Stir the dry ingredients together until well mixed and clump-free, then set aside.
For the wet ingredients, use a blender to combine 4 egg whites and 6 whole eggs.
Add 0.5 cup of soft ghee to the blender with the eggs.
Include 2 tablespoons of miso and 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in the blender.
Blend the wet ingredients until frothy and well combined.
Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl until no clumps remain.
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Prepare the baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
