2 cups white bread flour
1 cup wholemeal bread flour
1 cup warm water
1/2 cup homemade fermented butter
4 cloves garlic

Pour sugar and yeast into warm water and let sit for 10-20 minutes until frothy.

In a bowl, mix white flour, wholemeal flour, oregano, rosemary, and salt.

Peel cloves of garlic and blend with room-temperature fermented butter until smooth.

Put garlic butter into a container and refrigerate.

Pour the yeast mixture into the dry ingredients and mix to form a shaggy dough.

Let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.
