Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Melt butter in the microwave for 1 minute.

Cut the sourdough bread into sections on a diagonal, a couple of centimeters apart.

Mix melted butter with crushed garlic and chopped parsley.

Prepare a tray with aluminum foil.

Place the cut bread on the tray and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over it.

Pour the garlic butter and parsley mixture over the bread.

Wrap the bread in aluminum foil.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and unwrap the aluminum foil to check the cheese.

Return the bread to the oven for another 5-10 minutes until desired melt is achieved.
