1 tbsp sugar
1 glass of warm milk
10-12 pieces of garlic
1-2 tbsp oil
2 glasses of flour
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
soft butter
sweet red pepper
thyme

Add 1 tbsp sugar to 1 glass of warm milk and let it sit for 15 minutes.

Chop 10-12 pieces of garlic and sauté in 1-2 tbsp oil until soft.

In a bowl, combine 2 glasses of flour and 2 tsp salt.

Add 2 tbsp oil and the sautéed garlic to the flour mixture and mix well.

Ferment the dough in a warm environment.

Add soft butter, garlic, salt, sweet red pepper, and thyme to the mixture and mix well.

Grease a baking cup and spread the dough evenly.

Let the dough ferment for another 10-15 minutes.

Cut the cheese into long pieces and apply the garlic mixture to the dough.

Cut the dough and place the cheese in between.

Bake in a heated oven at 200C.
