Peel and chop 2-3 large drumsticks into pieces.
Roughly chop 3 medium-sized tomatoes.
In a pressure cooker, add 2 small teaspoons of butter and 5-6 garlic cloves.
Add 1/2 chopped green chili and 1 medium-sized chopped onion; sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add the chopped drumsticks, tomatoes, and a piece of beetroot.
Add chopped coriander stems and sauté for a few minutes to release flavors.
Add enough water to cover the vegetables and close the cooker; cook for 2-3 whistles.
Once cooled, strain the mixture and keep the water for adjusting soup thickness.
Blend the mixture until smooth, discarding the fiber.
Adjust the soup thickness with the reserved water and bring it back to heat.
Season with salt and black pepper; bring to a boil again.
