Season lobster with cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper, then squeeze lime juice over it.
Stir in coconut milk and cheddar cheese into the grits until creamy and smooth.
Serve grits in bowls topped with sautéed lobster and garnish with green onions and parsley.
