Boil the lamb and save the juice to make the sauce.

In a deep bowl, add 3 eggs and the amount of yoghurt and mix well, adding salt.

In a small pan, add 6 tbsp of lamb broth and the rice and bring it to boil, ensuring that the rice is not fully cooked.

Add 1 tbsp butter to a pan and the flour, cooking it together until the flour gets coloured. Leave it to cool for about 5 minutes.

Bring the pan back to the heat and slowly add 400 grams of lamb broth, stirring it constantly until it becomes thick.

Place the cooked lamb meat in a baking tray, add the half-cooked rice and the thickened sauce.

Add the egg and yoghurt mixture.

Spread 1 tbsp of melted butter on top.

Put to bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees or until the surface turns into a golden brown color.
