1 lb ground beef
1 cup rice
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
1 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 cup vegetable broth
1 cup cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté chopped onion and garlic until translucent, about 5 minutes.
