Place the rolled dough in a greased baking dish, allowing the edges to hang over.
Spread the filling evenly over the dough in the dish.
Roll out the second portion of dough and cover the filling, sealing the edges.
Brush the top with melted butter and cut slits for steam to escape.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
