1 medium onion, sliced

3 tbsp of soy sauce
3 tbsp of oyster sauce
Water to submerged the meat
3 tbsp of lemon juice
2 dried bay leaves
2 tsp of brown sugar
1 tsp of vegetable oil
1/2 tsp of dark soy sauce
1 medium red onion, cut into rings
