Instructions

  1. 1In a pan, heat the ghee over medium heat.
  2. 2Add the almond flour to the pan and roast it for about 5-7 minutes until it turns slightly golden and aromatic.
  3. 3In a separate saucepan, combine the sugar and milk. Heat until the sugar dissolves completely, stirring continuously.
  4. 4Once the sugar is dissolved, add the roasted almond flour to the sugar mixture and mix well.
  5. 5Add the cardamom powder and continue to cook the mixture on low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
