Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Mix until well combined and form into small logs.
Cut the puff pastry into rectangles large enough to wrap around the meatloaf mixture.
Place a meatloaf log on each pastry rectangle and roll it up, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops with milk or egg wash for a golden finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
