Grease the dish with a little butter. Break the pecan nuts into pieces.

Peel and roughly grate the carrots, transfer to the prepared dish.

Mix, leave to stand for approx. 15 mins.

Approx. 30 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200 °C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly and serve lukewarm.
