45g porridge oats
2 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 handful blueberries or fruit of your choice
1 tsp ground cinnamon
oat milk (enough to cover the oats)
water (enough to break up the porridge in the morning)
