2 eggs, boiled

Place plantain on a chopping board, cut off the edges, slice, peel off the skin and cut into chunk sizes.

Place saucepan on medium heat, pour water into it, add the plantains and cook for 5 minutes.

Pour the pepper into an earthenware bowl, add onion, salt and grind into a smooth mixture.

Add charred stinky fish, grind, add peanuts and grind.

Heat palm oil over medium heat then pour into the mixture in the earthenware and mix.

Add the cooked plantain and mash well to avoid lumps.

Top it with eggs, peanuts and onion slices.
