1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 pound peeled crawfish
1/4 cup hot water

Put on gloves to keep hands clean.

Add a generous amount of olive oil to the pan.

Add 2 cloves of chopped garlic and 1 can of chopped artichokes to the pan.

Sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese into the mixture.

Top with panko breadcrumbs for crunch.

Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for about 20 minutes or until brown and bubbly.

Heat butter in a pan.

Add a mixture of onions, celery, bell pepper, green onions, and parsley (2 cups total) to the butter.

Add 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour to the mixture.
