1 lb crawfish tails
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup celery, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Cooked white rice for serving

Cut the green bell pepper in half.

Remove the seeds by cutting around the sides and cutting off the bottom piece.
