2 teaspoons instant coffee (Nescafe)

Pour cold water over the gelatin and let it soak until it becomes spongy and absorbs the water.

Heat the milk, cream, sugar, and instant coffee over low heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is warm but not boiling.

Add the soaked gelatin and stir until it completely dissolves in the warm mixture.

Strain the mixture and pour it into serving dishes. Refrigerate for about 4 hours until fully set.
