1 ยฝ tsp Gelatine
500ml (2 Cups) Heavy Cream
3 Tbsp Erythritol
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Pinch of salt
Sprinkle of Coffee

In a small bowl, combine the water and gelatine, allowing it to bloom for a few minutes.

In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, erythritol, vanilla essence, and a pinch of salt over medium heat until warm, but not boiling.

Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatine until fully dissolved.

Pour the mixture into serving cups and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.

Before serving, sprinkle with coffee.
