Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the grill or toaster.
  2. 2Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. 1Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. 2On the unbuttered side of two slices, spread 1 tablespoon of Schezwan sauce each.
  3. 3Layer the grated cheese evenly over the sauce.
  4. 4Add chopped bell peppers and onions on top of the cheese.
  5. 5Sprinkle black pepper and salt over the vegetables.
  6. 6Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side facing out.
  7. 7Heat a pan over medium heat and place the sandwiches in the pan.
  8. 8Grill the sandwiches for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
