1 cup mozzarella cheese

Prepare garlic butter by grating 3-4 cloves of fresh garlic into 50 grams of salted butter. If using unsalted butter, add salt to taste.

In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of finely chopped capsicum, 1 cup of boiled corn, 1 cup of finely chopped onion, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder. Mix well.

Add salt to taste, 2 finely chopped green chilies, and 2 finely chopped garlic cloves to the mixture.

Incorporate 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese into the mixture. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

Take 4 slices of bread and apply butter on one side of each slice.

On the unbuttered side of one slice, place the prepared stuffing and top it with another slice of bread, buttered side up. Press gently.

Spread a little butter on the pan and carefully place the sandwich in the pan. Cover the pan and cook on medium to low flame for 1-2 minutes.

Check the color of the bread; it should be golden brown. Flip the sandwich to toast the other side until golden brown and the cheese melts.
