1/4 cup palm oil
1 teaspoon salt with pressed garlic and seasoning
3 cloves garlic
1 can (15 oz) canned beans
1/2 cup red roasted peppers
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups cooked rice
1 medium onion
1 lb shrimp
1/4 cup cilantro
1 cup Campari tomatoes
1 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Slice garlic for the rice and beans preparation.

Heat dande oil in a pan and add sliced garlic to infuse flavor.
