1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
3 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
1 green bell pepper
2 medium tomato
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cans (13.5 oz each) coconut milk
2 bay leaves

Start with pollock steaks, any firm white fish will work.

Prepare the marinade with the juice of a couple of limes, kosher salt, black pepper, paprika, and fresh chopped cilantro.
