Remove the husks from the corn cobs and clean them thoroughly.
Wash the corn cobs in water.
Place the corn cobs in a shopping bag for boiling.
Add about 2 cups of water to a pressure cooker.
Place a stand or a bowl upside down in the pressure cooker, then place the corn cobs on top of it.
Seal the pressure cooker and turn on the flame.
Once the cooker whistles, reduce the heat to medium and steam for about 10-15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, turn off the heat and let the pressure release before opening the cooker.
Check the corn for tenderness and aroma after opening the cooker.
Serve the corn with chaat masala, chili sauce, soy sauce, or ketchup as desired.
