4 medium tomatoes
2 medium carrots
2 medium potatoes
1 green bell pepper
1/2 head cabbage
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup cilantro
2 limes

In a large pot, combine water and beef. Bring to a boil over high heat.
