Mix 1/2 cup warm milk, 1 tablespoon butter, and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a bowl.
Add 11 grams of dry yeast and let it activate.
In another bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1 egg, then mix well.
Gradually add 3 cups of flour to the mixture, stirring until combined.
Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for 30-40 minutes.
Prepare the filling by mixing 100 grams of grated coconut with 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk.
Roll out the dough and spread the filling evenly on top.
Roll the dough into a log and cut it into slices.
Let the slices rest for 15-20 minutes before baking.
Bake in the oven until golden.
