2 liters full fat milk
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp clarified butter
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup coconut powder

In a pot, combine 2 liters of full fat milk and bring it to a boil.

Once boiling, add 2 tbsp of vinegar to curdle the milk.

Strain the curdled milk using a muslin cloth to separate the chenna (curds) from the whey.

In a mixing bowl, combine the chenna with 1 cup of milk powder, 1 tbsp of maida, and 1 1/2 tbsp of cornflour.

Knead the mixture until smooth and well combined.

Shape the mixture into small balls or desired shapes.

In a separate pot, prepare a sugar syrup by dissolving 2/3 cup of sugar in 1/2 cup of water and boiling it until slightly thickened.

Add the shaped balls into the sugar syrup and cook for a few minutes until they absorb the syrup.

Remove from heat and let cool.

Serve the Kachagolla garnished with coconut powder.
