1 & 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped coriander
1 & 1/2 inch ginger
1 tsp paprika
1 & 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp lemon juice
oil (for deep frying)
olives (as per taste)
lettuce (as per taste)
gherkins (as per taste)
tomatoes (as per taste)

Wash and clean the chickpeas.

Soak the chickpeas in water for several hours or overnight.

In a food processor, combine soaked chickpeas, chopped parsley, chopped coriander, ginger, paprika, salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder, and baking soda.

Blend the mixture until it reaches a coarse consistency.
