250 g chickpeas
1 chopped onion
1 cup coriander leaves
4 to 5 cloves garlic
2 chopped green chilies
0.5 tbsp lemon juice
1.5 tbsp dry roasted sesame seeds
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp paprika
salt as per taste

Soak chickpeas beforehand.

Chop the onion, coriander leaves, and green chilies.

In a blender, add the soaked chickpeas, salt, black pepper powder, cumin powder, paprika, coriander leaves, garlic, green chilies, lemon juice, and chopped onions.

Blend everything to make a coarse mixture.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the dry roasted sesame seeds.

Mix everything nicely.

Spray some oil onto a plate and rub it with a tissue paper.

Grease your palms with some oil.

Take some of the mixture and shape it into falafel patties.

Prepare all the falafel patties in the same way.

Freeze the patties for about 1 to 2 hours.

Take an air fryer basket and place parchment paper inside.

Spray some oil onto the parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Place the falafel patties one by one in the air fryer basket.

Spray some oil on top of the falafel patties.

Set the air fryer to 180°C for 20 minutes.
