¼ cup fresh cilantro/coriander leaves
3-4 garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 large onion (chopped)
1 tsp paprika (instead use 1/2 chilli powder)
1 tsp ground cumin/jeera powder
1 tsp ground coriander/dania powder
½ tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp baking soda
2 tbsp chickpea flour (or any other flour)
1 tsp salt
Oil for frying

Soak chickpeas overnight.

Blend soaked chickpeas with cilantro, garlic, onion, paprika, cumin, coriander, black pepper, baking soda, chickpea flour, and salt until smooth.

Make falafel dough from the blended mixture.
