1/2 cup cornflour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp red chilli flakes
2 tbsp cumin roasted crushed
2 tbsp coriander crushed
1 tsp ajwain
1/2 tsp baking soda

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gram flour, cornflour, salt, red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, crushed cumin, crushed coriander, ajwain, and baking soda.
